| Placing an order for Pet Portraits: Your
ideas of how you want your pet drawn, will be initially discussed.
Then photographs either emailed or posted will be reviewed
and chosen. A 50% deposit will be needed before portrait
can be started. Accepted methods of payment are check with
a mail in order form, available here or Google Pay,

| Purchasing Animal Art prints: Animal
Art giclee prints are printed on acid-free museum quality
stock and shipped unframed. Animal Art note cards are sold
in packets of 5, 10 and 15 with matching envelopes. Note
cards and Giclee prints are shipped Priority Mail. Accepted
methods of payment are check with a mail in order form,
available here or Google Pay, available here |

| Proofs and Final Portrait: Two
progress shots of your painting will be sent to you for
input and direction. A digital image of the final painting
or drawing will be sent for final review and approaval.
Once you are completely satisfied with the painting, your
final payment will be required. |

| Turnaround: Turnaround
varies depending on projects already in house. If
you have an important date for the portrait as a gift,
it is reccomended to allow four to six weeks in advance,
to allow time to get your order on schedule. Christmas
orders need to be place three to four months in advance.
Gift certificates are available if time does not allow
for a special delivery date. |

photographs will be returned. Please keep in mind that
the final portrait is directly related to the quality of
the photograph. Go to the Process

about taking the photograph. More than one photograph can
be included to assist in showing detail and personality
for the artist. |
